Tax Return Remote Preparation Process

Tax returns are completed remotely by phone, Zoom, e-mail or text.

An appointment is not necessary and the remote tax preparation process is initiated by e-mail, phone or text.

Step 1:  Provide your tax documents by any of the following:  Upload to secure portal (e-mail me to request invite link), e-mail with attached files, picture text, fax, U.S. Mail or Drop-Off at my home office.

Step 2:   Your tax return is prepared and questions will be sent by e-mail, phone, or text.

Step 3:   After all questions are answered, tax return will be finalized, draft copy will be sent by e-mail for review and approval, signature documents will be sent by e-mail through “Docusign”, and an electronic invoice will be sent by e-mail to click and pay by credit, debit or bank account ACH transfer.

Step 4:   After completed signature documents and payment are received, tax return will be submitted electronically and final encrypted version of tax return will be sent by e-mail.
